Gifts of Tiffany Vase and Persian Rugs to Hollyhock House
Randall Makinson and Robert Leary have purchased a Louis Comfort Tiffany Favrille vase and given it to Hollyhock house. Edward Fields donated a custom made Persian style rug for the dining room and porch runner with the support of Diane Belden.

Griffith Park Art Workshop
From April 26 to September 6th, Barnsdall Arts/FOJAC sponsored by the GGPNC has been conducting free family art workshops at Griffith Park by the train and ponies on Saturdays from two to four o’clock.  Patty Sue Jones created an exciting, innovative curriculum specifically for this program, with twenty unique workshops highlighting the park’s ecology and attractions.

2008 Los Angeles Juried & Youth Exhibitions
With a record number of submissions, the annual Juried Exhibition is highlighting over seventy artists. This year a Juried Youth exhibit is also on display in the Junior Art Center Gallery. Reception on Sunday, August 3 from 2-5 p.m.

Barnsdall Art Park Foundation is a non-profit (501c3) support organization for all of the Barnsdall Art Park institutions on Olive Hill in Los Angeles. Frank Lloyd Wright designed Hollyhock House and the surrounding property was donated to the City of Los Angeles by Aline Barnsdall in 1927.
